2. WHAT DATA WE MAY PROCESS
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, address, phone number, and email address.
- Account, order, billing, delivery, return, and customer service data.
- Payment information limited to what is necessary to confirm the transaction; full data may be processed directly by the payment provider.
- Communications, inquiries, incidents, and marketing preferences.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device, browser, security logs, and cookies, according to chosen preferences.
We do not request special categories of data. Please avoid including sensitive information in free text fields or support inquiries.

4. RECIPIENTS AND PROVIDERS
Necessary providers for operating the store may access the data: hosting and maintenance, e-commerce platform, payments, transport, mail, support, security, consultancy, and, if authorized, analytics or marketing. Each provider will only receive the necessary data and must apply the corresponding safeguards.
We may also disclose data when there is a legal obligation or a valid request from an authority.
5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this occurs, LEVO will verify that an adequacy decision or other valid safeguard, such as standard contractual clauses, is in place, and will provide additional information when required.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, or data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@levo-smart.com. Please indicate the right you wish to exercise and provide the necessary information to verify your identity. If you believe that the processing is incorrect, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. DATA OF MINORS
The store is not intended for minors to make purchases on their own. If we detect data provided by a minor without sufficient authorization, we will take appropriate measures to delete it.
8. SECURITY
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure. No system is infallible; if a breach occurs with risk to individuals, we will act in accordance with regulations.
