General Terms of Sale
Terms applicable to purchases made in the LEVO store
1. IDENTIFICATION AND SCOPE
These terms govern purchases made on levo-smart.com, a store owned by Levo Key Holders, S.L., Tax ID B05301205, with registered address at C/ Perú, 8, Oficina 43, 28290 Las Rozas de Madrid (Madrid), and contact email info@levo-smart.com.
Before confirming the order, you can review these terms, check the contents of your cart, and correct any errors. Confirming the order implies acceptance.
2. PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY
Photos and descriptions help identify each product. There may be slight color variations due to the screen or manufacturing process that do not affect functionality. Orders are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied, LEVO will inform the customer and refund any amounts charged for that item.
3. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. You can pay using the methods available in the payment gateway at any given time. LEVO does not store full card details when payment is processed by an authorized provider.
4. PURCHASE PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION
- Select the products or services and add them to your cart.
- Review quantities, address, delivery, price, and shipping costs.
- Accept these terms and confirm payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the essential order details.
The contract is concluded in Spanish and will be kept for the legally required periods. You can request a copy via info@levo-smart.com.
5. PREPARATION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, usually within 24–48 business hours. As a general guideline, shipping may take up to an additional 72 hours. The estimated timeframe and applicable cost will be shown during checkout when the system has the necessary information.
Shipping costs €7.95. It is free for orders over €50. Full conditions and the incident procedure can be found on the “Shipping, exchanges and returns” page.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND VOLUNTARY RETURN
Consumers have at least 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without having to justify their decision. LEVO voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days, without reducing your legal rights.
To request a return, email info@levo-smart.com and include your order number. Under the current commercial policy, LEVO will arrange and cover the transport for the voluntary return. The product must be returned, where possible, with its accessories and packaging, and without any use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and operation.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as provided by law. This exception will be clearly indicated before contracting any key cutting, duplication, or personalized key adaptation service.
7. REFUNDS
Where withdrawal applies, LEVO will refund the amounts received, including standard delivery costs, within the legal timeframe and using the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise. LEVO may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or proof of their return.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. For new goods, the general period is three years from delivery. If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is not in conformity, contact LEVO as soon as possible to arrange repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, as applicable.

10. DATA PROTECTION
The data needed to manage the purchase will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Payment, shipping, hosting, and support providers may act as processors or as independent controllers when necessary to provide the service.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract is governed by Spanish law. If the customer is a consumer, they may bring claims before the courts and tribunals that apply to them by law. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights recognized under consumer regulations.
12. VALIDITY
Last updated: August 17, 2026. The version accepted at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
