How do I know if my key is compatible with LEVO?
Most conventional keys can be adapted using KeyAdaptor.
To check compatibility, compare your original key with the dimensions shown in the image. It’s important to verify both the shape and the measurements of the key. The maximum thickness allowed is 3 mm.
If your key has different dimensions or you’re not sure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing the KeyAdaptor service.
Which keys do I need to send?
With the KeyAdaptor service, you don’t need to send us your original keys.
All you need to do is go to your usual locksmith and buy 4 blank keys compatible with your locks, uncut.
Place them in the KeyAdaptor case you’ll receive with your order and send them to us using the packaging and shipping instructions we provide.
Our team will carry out the adaptation and send the prepared keys back so your locksmith can cut duplicates from your original keys.
Once they’ve been duplicated, you’ll just need to fit the KeyAdaptor adapters and insert the keys into your LEVO.
How do I send my keys?
Once you purchase the KeyAdaptor service, you’ll receive, along with your LEVO, a special case to carry your 4 blank keys and a padded envelope with the shipping label and postage included.
All you have to do is place the uncut blank keys in the case, put it in the envelope, and drop it into the Correos mailbox you prefer—no schedules, no waiting.
When we receive your keys, we’ll carry out the KeyAdaptor adaptation and send them back ready for you to have them duplicated at your usual locksmith.
For security reasons, you should never send us your original keys.
Are my keys safe during the process?
Yes. Keeping your keys secure is one of the main advantages of the KeyAdaptor system.
Throughout the entire process, your original keys always remain in your possession. You only send us blank, uncut keys that still can’t open any lock.
Once ready, we send them back so you can have them duplicated at your usual locksmith.
At no point do we need to have your original keys or functional copies of them.
What will I receive when the service is complete?
Once the adaptation process is complete, you’ll receive the KeyAdaptor case directly in your mailbox with your 4 blank keys prepared for duplication.
Each key will have been adapted individually to incorporate the KeyAdaptor system, keeping the key blade needed for your locksmith to make a copy of your original key.
All you’ll need to do is go to your usual locksmith to have duplicates cut, fit the KeyAdaptor adapters, and insert the keys into your LEVO.

You can send us a photo of your original key so our team can check its shape and dimensions and help you determine whether it’s compatible with LEVO.
