Where can I get a key copied for my LEVO?
You can visit one of our partner locations. Use the store locator and enter your country and postal code to find the nearest key-cutting service.
Will my LEVO arrive with the keys already installed?
Not automatically. If this is your first time buying a LEVO and you don’t have CAP keys yet, you can purchase our “LEVO key duplication and fitting service”. You’ll receive your device with the keys fitted and installed, ready to use.
LEVO and the CAP system
How do I change a key on my LEVO?
Press the button for the key you want to change. Slide the latch on the arm while gently pulling the blade to remove it. To install the new key, first fit the KeyAdaptor, insert the blade into the arm, and slide the latch back until it’s securely fixed. Then fold the arm back into LEVO.
What is a CAP key?
A CAP key is a conventional key adapted for use with LEVO. During the process, only the key head is trimmed, keeping the blade intact. This reduces its weight and bulk and makes it easy to swap between a LEVO device and a CAP key holder.
What is the KeyAdaptor?
The KeyAdaptor is a polymer piece that attaches to the CAP key to adjust it and keep it stable. It lets you fit different key thicknesses, prevents play, and reduces noise during use.
Can I use a LEVO key in a conventional keyring?
Yes. Remove the key from LEVO and place it in a CAP key holder. Remove the pin from the head using a thin object, rotate the key holder, and place the blade in the indicated position. Close the assembly until it’s fully fitted, then reinsert the pin to secure it.
Can I add my alarm’s electronic key to LEVO?
This will only be possible if your security company offers an electronic housing compatible with LEVO in its catalogue. Check with your provider to confirm availability and system compatibility.

How do I change the COVER shell on my LEVO?
Start by gently pulling the shell from the bottom until it comes unclipped. Then release the top and remove it completely. To fit the new COVER, follow the steps in reverse and make sure both ends are properly clipped in.
How do I insert and remove MEMORY?
To store MEMORY, first insert the USB-C connector into its slot until the drive is hidden inside LEVO. Use the rear markings to secure it with a slight vertical movement. To remove it, gently press the rear side and use those same markings to unclip it.
What is LOCATED IT for, and how does it work?
LOCATED IT helps you find your LEVO from your mobile phone. When it’s nearby, you can activate its sound to locate it quickly. If it’s farther away, the app can help you check its location via other compatible devices on the network.
