Each key is individually prepared to incorporate the KeyAdaptor system. Our team performs the necessary adaptation, respecting each key’s geometry and leaving it ready for use with LEVO.

KeyAdaptor allows a wide variety of keys to be adapted for use with LEVO. Each key is individually reviewed to check its compatibility and perform the appropriate adaptation.

How do I know if my key is compatible with LEVO?
Most conventional keys can be adapted using KeyAdaptor.
To check compatibility, compare your key with the measurements shown in the image. The maximum supported thickness is 3 mm.
If your key has different dimensions or shape and you have doubts, consult us before ordering the service.
Which keys do I need to send?
We offer two service options:
KeyAdaptor – Adaptation: you must send us 4 previously duplicated keys. We perform the necessary adaptation to incorporate them into LEVO.
KeyAdaptor – Duplication + adaptation: you must send us 4 original keys. We make the copies, adapt them, and return both your original keys and the new keys prepared for LEVO.
How do I send my keys?
Once the service is ordered, you will receive the necessary instructions to send us your keys, correctly identified with your order.
When we receive the keys, we will perform the adaptation and, once the work is finished, we will send you the prepared set.
Are my keys safe during the process?
Yes. The security of your keys is part of the KeyAdaptor procedure itself.
Keys are identified exclusively by an order code, kept separate from your personal data. The process includes traceable transport, sealed packaging, and restricted access during reception, preparation, and adaptation.
We do not keep additional copies of your keys.
What will I receive when the service is complete?
It will depend on the service option chosen.
Adaptation: you will receive the 4 keys you sent us, adapted and prepared for use with LEVO.
Duplication + adaptation: you will receive your 4 original keys along with the 4 new keys adapted and prepared for LEVO.
What if I'm not sure my key is compatible?
Do not order the service until we have checked it.
